Its Diwali time again and Imphal is getting ready for another spate of bomb blasts..just like last year, and the year before that. Sometimes it becomes difficult to distinguish if the blast was from a cracker or a grenade. And as usual, its heavy duty time for doctors managing mass casualties. sigh.Monday, 28 September 2015
